Why are Indian origins selected for power positions?

In recent years Indians or Indian origins earning the power positions in major international companies has become the new normal. Well if we try to trace back how it all started then rewind the tape to 1965 when President Johnson signed the Immigration and Nationality Act. The immigration laws were altered to include individuals with specialized skills.

Dear Readers, you are very well aware that India is a factory of engineers and doctors and thus India is one of the leading applicants of H1B1 visa. This new law increased the share of Asian immigrants in US. This thread of Indian origins being appointed as CEOs is the hardwork of all this years where they have toiled their way to the top.

To be shortlisted as a candidate for CEO is still a big achievement. An Indian has a pre-trained mind to handle any uncalled situation. A normal Indian household struggles for everything starting from birth certificates, admissions, water supply, medicines and any other basic necessity. We are the king of “Jugad”. There is a Plan B ready if things go topsy turvy. Besides crisis management Indians are quick learners and have good memory. We handle school, classes, entrance exam preparation as if we were born to do this. We are no doubt good multitaskers as you can make out from the above.
